Lately, I've not been able to focus on my paintings because I knew and contemplated for months that there must be something more worthy and meaningful than just painting. Here’s a short story capturing my journey and purpose and what my vision is for 2025.
For the last few years, I have lived in a dark space, trapped in a cycle of abuse that stripped me of my self-worth. The vibrant person I once was faded, and even the art I loved felt purposeless. Except for the one painting I did called "Breakthrough" which was my own fist and sold immediately to a woman in the Netherlands, after I was told I was targeting the wrong market. So I knew I was heading in the right direction.

I had built a long and fulfilling career, when I was younger, 14 years in modeling and photography, even running a modeling and finishing school to empower young girls, but none of it seemed to matter anymore. I felt lost, questioning my purpose and my value. When I finally embarked on my healing journey three years ago and decided to stand up and do something about it, it wasn’t easy. I had to rebuild myself piece by piece, rediscovering who I was.
During this time, I had so many people standing by my side helping me. But it wasn't enough till a friend offered to take pictures of me for fun a few months ago—a simple gesture, but one that required all the courage I could muster. Facing the camera again after years of being broken was so overwhelming.
I didn’t recognize the woman in the lens, as fear casted a dark shadow over me. I started breaking a sweat, and I never do, not even in the gym. But when I saw the final photos, something shifted. I could see myself—not as someone broken, but as someone powerful, beautiful, and capable, even more so than who I was before all of this.
That moment was transformative, and I realized how healing it could be to see oneself through a lens of love and compassion and being comfortable in your own skin. This experience gave me a new purpose.

An amazing fun experience. I must admit I was a little nervous at the start, but Belinda has a unique way of making you feel so relaxed, comfortable, and incredibly sexy!
Super talented photographer that can make must subtly change to capture the perfect picture. She works with your aspirations and brings your intimate personality to life in a perfectly placed picture.
So professional and lots of giggles.
I will be going back soon, just loved the results of the photoshoot. Better than I could ever imagine.

I am following you on social media and feel proud when I see a post of myself, I think you have empowered so many women and made us each feel sexy in our own rights!
I loved receiving my shots and was surprised by the tasteful Images that I was quite nervous about doing. You made me feel at ease and I had a really fun time. Since doing the shoot and receiving the pictures I actually feel sexier within myself and more confident about my body! Thank you for that! I would recommend your boudoir shots to any woman for herself before someone else ;)
- Thank you

Driving to my Boudoir shoot I kept thinking why am I doing this, just cancel and go home.
So thrilled that I didn’t!!
The shoot was fun with lots of laughs and Belinda really knows how to help you into poses that made me ask ‘Who is that woman in the picture’ I’m in my 40s and the photos make me look at my best. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to treat themselves, have some fun
and receive some outstanding photos at the end.
Thank you! Xxx
I am always excited to see the posts on social media platforms and love how beautiful and tasteful the photos turn out.
First of all, I would like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to participate in this event. It was fantastic to receive an email prior, giving me an overview of what to expect and how to get organised and make the most out of it.
The whole female spirit felt empowering. Knowing not getting judged and being supported by everyone was a great experience. I loved the guidance you provided for women who don't have photo shooting experiences and pointing out poses that might work in order to take the perfect shot. Also, the different options (bathroom, bedroom, mirror) were amazing ideas! I loved that you have an eye for all the details. For eg. where to look, what to do with the hands, to point the feet, etc. This really helped to make the photos simply amazing.

Thank you again for this opportunity and amazing experience!
